The printer works great. I would love to share some opportunities to improve on a few items that would support more efficient industrial use. We 3D printed stylus holders to reduce the risk of losing them between prints/entries. We have had difficulty finding functional carrying straps that allow team members to transport the printer safely when not activley in use. There are several other potential enhancements that we are looking into that may require other changes that I am willing to share. Thank you
I bought this printer order white ink for my use now it no longer listed so thats money out the window
You can’t effectively switch between labels sizes. Red dysfunction light stays on and it won’t work. I would never buy this printer or its paper for business use. Customer service never responds.

The Quality of the product is good. The GUI could make it easier to load images.

Can't get it to connect to some of my devices, like my phone and having a hard time with color also i hate Roll paper, it curls after printing. Plus I didn't get a manual

Good case for this printer for the price I’m sure if you spent 100$ you could customize a nicer case but this is too easy

We have a lot of fun with it. We are coffee roster and use it in many ways, as well for decorating present envelopes.
It’s a bit tricky to install new pics from a stick, you could make it easier.
What I don’t like is your ink prices ?? That is hilariously expensive.
I was extremely disappointed that they knowingly shipped the printer without an ink cartridge. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get the printer and an additional 3 weeks to get the cartridge. Thank you for your patience only goes so far, I would have expected a better response than, "Yes, we knew it was missing".
Unfortunatly, it took 4-5 weeks for the printer to arrived and two more weeks for the cartriges. If we print barcodes, our scanners can't read them.
Really am enjoying this printer. So far it’s been flawless and easy to use. Kinda cool how you can print on any surface at the blink of an eye
