There’s a little learning curve and for some reason I can’t get my logo to work. It says to change to a bmp file which I did and still doesn’t work. For the price it should be simple to add a logo. That’s what I bought it for. It does print treated text just fine though so it’s a $330 label maker I guess.
There isn't any guidance on lining up a straight print or any instructions on how to apply the print. I probably wasted 50 prints before I was able to sort of guess where and when it would print. You have to shake the cartridges and clean the applicator pretty much before every single print.Takes forever to upload and process images. If you print on anything but paper or cardboard it smears the image. For what I paid for this I expected more. A lot more.
does not work as advertize, press a button to print a message apears as printing but never gets anywhere

Great product. A little difficult to lesrn the pace of rolling but still, great.
Works for what I needed it for. Signing my name to raffle tickets. It does have a small learning curve to use it, but overall a great time saver for repetitive tasks!

This unit works great I use the for box labeling and it has done very well. I would recommend this product. I have labeled over 400 boxes in the past 2weeks no issues.

Great little hand held printer a little limited with single colour and graphics available but overall pleased with it.
