As far as labeling our blankets, linens, and personal clothes for our patients, this product works and is very user-friendly.
All these items have gone through the wash in hot water in excess of 140°F–160°F over 100 times (to kill pathogens), and the linens wore out before the ink did. The ink faded, of course; however, for identification purposes, this product held up.
Our materials are mostly smooth, but it still worked reasonably well on terry towels.
It takes a little practice to mark straight, but I didn't use this for graphics and visual effects. I used it to identify our linens and, especially, clothes that belonged to patients. Fancy clothes or very thin materials we still mark by hand. But when you have 20 pairs of white socks to label and a few hundred items to launder, fold, and deliver, Print Peak is very handy.

Never got my first three ink cartridges.......was promised a resend and.notification........still nothing....I will be disputing the charge
I can't really denigrate the machine, I had hoped it would be more visible on the steel plates that we mark hundreds of almost daily. The yellow ink was very poor at visibility and the black was some better. Works great on cardboard and wood. So a very mixed review, it works, but not as visible as I'd hoped.
I still have not gotten my order. The original order was shipped with an "off" shipping company - GOFO, who attempted delivery once, after hours. After numerous phone calls and emails to GOFO, they considered the shipment abandoned. Print Peak offered to reship, but the ink cartridges I ordered are not in stock, so I'm waiting.
The printer works great. I would love to share some opportunities to improve on a few items that would support more efficient industrial use. We 3D printed stylus holders to reduce the risk of losing them between prints/entries. We have had difficulty finding functional carrying straps that allow team members to transport the printer safely when not activley in use. There are several other potential enhancements that we are looking into that may require other changes that I am willing to share. Thank you
I bought this printer order white ink for my use now it no longer listed so thats money out the window
You can’t effectively switch between labels sizes. Red dysfunction light stays on and it won’t work. I would never buy this printer or its paper for business use. Customer service never responds.

The Quality of the product is good. The GUI could make it easier to load images.

Can't get it to connect to some of my devices, like my phone and having a hard time with color also i hate Roll paper, it curls after printing. Plus I didn't get a manual

Good case for this printer for the price I’m sure if you spent 100$ you could customize a nicer case but this is too easy
