Please ensure you read all instructions before using the printer.
Screen Calibration
Due to climatic and transportation reasons, the screen might need calibration. Use the touch pen to trigger the screen calibration procedure upon startup. Once calibrated, you can begin printing.
Ink Cartridge Care
- Do not touch the ink cartridge nozzle with water or wipe it with a wet towel. If the cartridge head is slightly clogged, clean it with our dust-free wipes and alcohol spray.
- Always turn off the printer before installing or removing the cartridge.
- If not in use for more than 25 minutes, remove the cartridge.
- After use, remove the ink cartridge and store it with the provided cartridge clip.
Printing Tips
- Ensure the ink cartridge is properly installed.
- Adjust inkjet density for clarity.
- Maintain a 2-5mm printing distance for best results.
- Print in a straight line to avoid distortion.
- Check encoder belt alignment if using an encoder.

Main Interface Overview
- File: Open, create, or rename files from local storage or USB.
- Add: Add text, date, images, etc.
- Edit: Modify text content.
- Delete: Remove content from documents.
- Start: Begin printing.
- Settings: Access system settings.
- Amplify/Reduce: Adjust the size of the content to be printed.
- Mirror/Revolve: Adjust the orientation of the content to be printed.
- Touch-tone: Enable or disable keyboard sound.
- TB Rev: Flip the printed text up and down.
- Sync width: Adjust the width of the printed text.
- Sync mode: Choose between encoder or timer mode.
- Start signal: Set the signal to start printing.

Adding Elements
- Text: Enter text-editing mode.
- Date: Insert date styles.
- Image: Import images (BMP format) from USB.
- Barcode: Edit barcodes or QR codes.
- Var Barcode: Create variable barcodes.
- Counter: Track each printing code.
- Form File: Add forms from USB.

Text Editing
Customize text appearance with options for font type, size, width, style, spacing, rotation, bold, and italic.
Date Editing
Customize date appearance with options for font, size, width, style, delay, spacing, rotation, bold, and italic.
Importing Images
- Select the picture on your computer and open it with “Paint” (or edit with Photoshop).
- Adjust the design to a maximum of 250 x 250 pixels.
- Save the image in BMP format and save it to the provided USB drive.
- Connect the USB drive to the printer.
- On the printer, click “Add” -> “File” and select the file you just uploaded.
- Adjust the image size as needed and confirm your selection.
Counter Settings
- System: Choose from octal, decimal, hexadecimal.
- Width: Set the number of digits (1-16).
- Min/Max: Define the range.
- Initial: Set the starting value.
- Stepping: Increment per print.
- Repeat: Number of repetitions for the current value.
- Leading 0: Add leading zeros for single-digit values.
